In this interview, we introduce you to Amanda and Patrick. Patrick is a heart failure cardiologist and Amanda is a stay-at-home mom.

Patrick first thought about real estate as a possible avenue for reducing their taxes when he saw Letizia speak at a conference. He introduced the idea for Amanda to become a real estate professional. She was hesitant at first, but after they sat down and came up with they "why" (reasons for investing) and their goals, she was all in.

While they have experienced considerable successes, growing their portfolio to 33 units in less than 3 years, their journey had its fair share of challenges, including a fire and a car crashing into their property! Hear how they overcame these issues by focusing on their "why."
