And for Chris Kulp, this was true in the beginning. He shares how he would go to see a property to find 62 other buyers lined up to see the property. He would put in offers and get beat out by a cash offer. 

So what changed?

He started to think differently. He started to get creative. Add to that some patience and persistence, he was able to grow his portfolio from zero to 19 doors (with another 10 units under negotiations) in less than 3 years.
