Kirti Agarwal, MD 

Kirti finished the Zero to Freedom course in fall of 2021. During the course, Kirti and her husband, Ajay learnt and followed the roadmap to start the real estate journey with Leti and Kenji. By the end of the course, they had made multiple offers and had one 4plex under contract, which they closed on by the end of 2021. Within 3 months, they were able to close on 2 more properties and got 9 doors for their Rental empire. As of now, they have 3 properties which they purchased during the crazy market of Fall 2021. All of which are successfully cash flowing with more than 15% COC. They have successfully rehabbed 6 of the 8 units and have leased two units as Furnished rentals. About which they learnt from a fellow Empire Builder and the podcast hosted by Leti and Kenji.  

Kirti is claiming REPS in 2022 and is almost about to meet the material qualification hours. Ajay continues to support her as she`s supervising the rehabs and continuing to make offers. 

The course gave them the confidence to be successful and educated RE investors and gave them the skills to "buy it right". Kirti has been working part time and with these 3 properties, is hoping to shelter her income tax free. They are still early on and are hoping to expand and grow continually with the support of the mentors and the entire Empire Builders community.
