We do a deep-dive into two of Dr. Paula's rent-by-the-room properties, both of which are very close to Yale's medical center in New Haven, CT.
The first is a five bedroom, three bathroom property. As we walk through the various rooms in the video, Paula shares a number of insights/pearls about renting a home by the room.
The second property is a triplex. She shares several before and after pictures and the dramatic difference when she incorporated design in her furnishings. This is reflected in the numbers where she is able to get a 22.5% cash-on-cash return!Â
