This is a three bedroom, two bathroom home situated on a river. It was not being used as a short-term rental when she bought it so she had to do all of the interior design on the property.
She shares details of how she was able to purchase and design/furnish the property, mostly from long-distance. She hired an interior designer to ensure that the property stood out in her market.
As a result, she was able to achieve a 19.2% cash-on-cash return without a full 12 months of bookings, so this property will likely perform even better.
