In this video, we bring back Kirk for a behind-the-scenes look into his 16-unit property.
This property is in a Dearborn, MI. It was a run-down building in a nice neighborhood. Kirk shows us just how much work was entailed in turning this property around: he had to deal with a homeless person living in the basement, water leaks throughout the building and flooding in the basement, and issues with the boiler to name a few.
Though the project required a lot of sweat equity, it not only turned out to be a great investment, it has also been extremely gratifying because has been able to give back to the community.
