Trey Shirley, PhD

Trey Shirley, PhD is a professor of art and design at a mid-sized private university in northwest Texas.  His partner, Trish, is a family practice physician. Together, they have three kids. They completed ZTF in the spring of 2021 and now own five long-term units, two mid-term rentals, and are part-owners of a medical office building. They have collaborated as contractors, rehabbing each of their rentals and are seeking to next invest in a four to sixteen-unit property.
