Trey is a professor of art and design in Texas and his partner, Trish is a family practice physician. They completed ZtF in 2021 and now own 5 long-term units, 2 mid-term rentals and are part-owners in a medical building.
Alexander Nguyen
Alexander Thanh Nguyen is an inpatient geriatric psychiatrist in the VA system. He started real estate investing with the ZTF course in the Summer of 2020 after graduating from residency. Fast forward to today, he has acquired 5 properties with 22 total units in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and recently hit the 6 digits in passive cash flow. Last year, he made over 45 offers and completed 4 partial BRRRRs and is looking forward to more partnerships in larger, multifamily properties.
Victoria Oyefoso
Victoria completed ZtF in 2021, then AW in 2022. She now owns 15 doors. She has been able to leave her role as a corporate attorney and focus on scaling her real estate empire. She's able to commission her own transactions as a licensed real estate agent.
Benjamin Eyer and Melissa Joines
Melissa Joines and her husband Ben Eyer are both radiologists and completed the ZtF in the summer of 2020. After a busy 18 months of acquisitions and renovations using methods learned in the course, they now own 6 cash-flowing multi-family home properties (21 doors).
