Gretchen Green
Dr. Gretchen Green is a radiologist and a serial entrepreneur. She took ZTF in 2019 and closed on 40 multifamily apartments in January 2021. She's invested in several syndications and participated in ZTF 2020 as a coach. In 2 years, she has doubled the value of her 46-unit porfolio!
Alisa Crim
Alisa Crim and her husband completed ZTF in 2020. Shortly after, she locked up 2 duplexes in Florida, a LTR in Boston and 3 STRs in various states by September 2020. Scurrently owns 5 short-term rentals with 2 additional new construction properties in TN under contract. Alisa is working to grow her real estate portfolio by 3-5 STR’s and 1 LTR annual with a goal of retiring at 55, all while taking care of her 4 children and workload as the chief of pediatric gastroenterology.
Weilan Johnson
Weilan completed the winter 2021 ZTF course and our inaugural AW course with her husband. Together, they own a 14 unit and a 16 untit property in Texas, totaling 30 doors in less than 56 months after completing ZTF. Weilan serves as a part-time dermatologist and a real estate professional.
Thao Vu
Thao completed the 2021 ZTF course with her husband, Anton. At the time, they had just purchased a mixed use property. With the knowledge gained, they were able to use bonus depreciation from the purchase of the property as well as shelter their 2021 income and purchase 2 other properties. They now have a mix of STRs and LTRs in Nevada and California. Thao works full time, while Anton plans to continue to maintain his real estate professional status.
Rafal and Jennifer
Rafal and Jennifer completed the summer 2020 ZTF course. Since then, they have acquired 9 multifamily properties and 3 STRs for a total of 60 doors. Raf continues to work full time while Jenn has transitioned into a growing medical aesthetics practice and achieved REPS for 2021. They achieved $120,000 from real estate investments in their first year.
