Jamil Santos, MD and his wife, Rache Cadayona-Santos, MD, completed the fall/winter course in 2019. They bought their first property while still going through the modules. They currently own a mix of long-term rentals, a group home and an STR. They have found a niche in catering to section 8 tenants.
