Gretchen Green, MD

Dr. Gretchen Green is a radiologist in North Carolina and a serial entrepreneur. After starting a successful expert witness business in 2016, she took the Zero to Freedom course in fall 2019 to achieve even greater financial diversification and facilitate tax optimization. She closed on 40 multifamily apartments in January 2020 just in time for the COVID-19 pandemic and weathered numerous challenges at her 32-unit and 8-unit multifamily properties. She also invested in several syndications in 2020 to further diversify her real estate portfolio and leverage additional tax opportunities. As a coach for the fall 2020 Zero to Freedom course, she shared her investing journey to help fellow physicians reach their financial goals.

In January 2021, Dr. Green closed on a 6-unit multifamily property. Over 2 years, she has approximately doubled the value of her 46-unit real estate portfolio using strategies from Zero to Freedom. During the pandemic, she also founded Expert Witness Startup School, a how-to course that teaches clinicians how to launch and build an expert witness practice to achieve financial freedom.

 Real estate investing and expert witness work enable Dr. Green to leverage her skills and knowledge as a physician to re energize her clinical work and her life outside medicine.
