Dr. Emill Levasseur & Dr. Joanna Kingsley

Emill and Joanna are both physicians in the field of hospital medicine and investors. Emill currently holds the position of Chief of Medicine and Medical Director of the Hospital Medicine Program. Joanna is a Faculty member of the Family Medicine Residency Program. As busy professionals, their investment journey started in 2016 with the main focus on the stock market. In the middle of the pandemia and after having their second daughter, their interest for diversification and financial security led to education in the real estate arena, completing Zero to  Freedom in Spring 2021. They accelerated their investments with the purchase and renovation of two duplexes and three single family homes within 6 months, with the main focus in mid-term rentals for traveler healthcare workers that Joanna self-managed acquiring real estate professional status (REPS) for 2021.
