Benjamin Eyer and Melissa Joines

Melissa Joines, MD, and her husband Ben Eyer, MD, are both physicians and completed the Zero to Freedom course in the summer of 2020. Melissa works full-time as a radiologist.  Ben is also a radiologist, though has transitioned to fewer hours in his practice after discovering the powers of real estate investing.  After a busy 18 months of acquisitions and renovations using methods learned in the course, they now own 6 cash-flowing multi-family home properties (21 doors), realizing the benefits of cash-flow, tax savings, and asset appreciation.  Melissa and Ben live in Southern California and enjoy traveling with their two children.
